Real-time logistics for organ transplants
Paragonix Technologies is transforming organ transplant logistics. Transplant teams need to know the exact condition of an organ in transit, continuously and with an audit trail. We designed and built the apps and web platform that make that possible: live monitoring, integration with IoT tracking hardware, and the backend architecture behind it.

Field inventory that matches reality
Medical devices in the field are a logistics problem with a clinical deadline: every unit has a location, an expiry date and, for the cooled containers, a freeze duration that decides whether it can be used at all. The app keeps one scanned record of it: stock in and out by barcode, deployments confirmed at the point of use. The inventory then reflects what is actually in the field rather than the last time someone updated a spreadsheet.

nyra health offers digital therapies for cognitive and speech rehabilitation. Nicebyte helped nyra health develop a mobile platform that delivers personalized training programs to patients recovering from neurological events such as stroke or brain injury. We supported the creation of an engaging, user-friendly app backed by a data-driven backend to track progress and outcomes over time.

Before founding Nicebyte, our founders worked with Scarletred to create mobile applications for iOS & Android that allow users and healthcare providers to track skin changes remotely and accurately. Nicebyte is a digital agency in Vienna. We are engineers and designers who got tired of watching good ideas die in bad execution, so we do the whole thing: discovery, design, code, release, and everything after.
Our founders spent years building regulated software before Nicebyte existed — medical imaging, clinical platforms, transplant logistics. That is where we learned that security, traceability and accessibility are architecture decisions, not a checklist bolted on at the end. We build that way whatever the industry, and we work with teams across Europe and the US.
